Es ist ein wunderbares Gef\u00fchl, diese wundersch\u00f6nen Erdh\u00e4user \u00fcber der Balaton-Landschaft zu erblicken. Ein naturnahes Erlebnis, das einen innerhalb weniger Tage v\u00f6llig in seinen Bann zieht. <\/p>\n

Antal Gr\u00e1tz, ein herausragender Vertreter der organischen Architektur, entwarf diese Balatonendr\u00e9der Erdh\u00e4user, die zu den ersten ihrer Art in Ungarn geh\u00f6rten, als der Eigent\u00fcmer sie 1993 erbaute. <\/p>\n

Das Erdhaus ist im Sommer k\u00fchl, im Winter angenehm warm und bietet mit soliden statischen Grundlagen ein echtes naturnahes Erlebnis. <\/p>\n

Mit einem Wohnzimmer mit Galerie, 2 Schlafzimmern, K\u00fcche, Bad, Sauna, Tauchbecken und einem Kamin mit WLAN-Anschluss bietet das Haus Platz f\u00fcr bis zu 20 Personen. Weitere G\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen auf dem Gel\u00e4nde in Zelten oder auf Betten im Holzhaus untergebracht werden.  <\/p>\n

Im Erdhaus werden derzeit G\u00e4steunterk\u00fcnfte und Kinderlager betrieben, von Mai bis September mit voller Auslastung. Bitte ber\u00fccksichtigen Sie dies bei der Terminvereinbarung.  <\/p>\n

Das Grundst\u00fcck ist 8575 m\u00b2 gro\u00df, als geschlossener Garten klassifiziert und bietet ein wundersch\u00f6nes Panorama auf den Balaton sowie die W\u00e4lder und H\u00fcgel des S\u00fcdufers. Die Bruttogr\u00f6\u00dfe des Erdhauses betr\u00e4gt 168 Quadratmeter. Auf dem Gel\u00e4nde wurden ein Aussichtsturm, ein Baumwipfelpfad, ein Holzhaus, eine Holzspielburg, Platz f\u00fcr Pferde und Wildtiere, Terrassen und Pavillons angelegt.  <\/p>\n

Es gibt noch viele M\u00f6glichkeiten zur weiteren Entwicklung der Immobilie, aber in ihrem jetzigen Zustand kann sie sofort nach der \u00dcbernahme genutzt werden, sei es durch die Kombination ihrer Funktionen oder als dauerhaft genutztes Ferienhaus, f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4ftliche Zwecke oder als Zuhause. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
