The newly built apartment building is located in the most upscale, panoramic part of Budapest. The homes are located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, and the first residents have already moved in. The doors inside the apartments are retrofittable HPL or CPL surface structures with metal-colored handles and, in some places, door panels that can be slid into the wall, ensuring better use of space. Double-layer safety glass panels are installed on galvanized steel support structures on the balconies and terraces, with bottom rail fastening.
The building’s cooling and heating system is provided by Daikin heat pumps. A cooling and heating system is installed on the ceilings in the living areas, and underfloor heating and thermostatic radiators in the bathrooms
ensure the necessary sense of comfort.

The top floor penthouse apartment has a panoramic terrace on three sides and a breathtaking roof garden. The apartment has a living room-kitchen-dining room of nearly 55 square meters, to which a 27 square meter room is attached. The master bedroom is 18.5 square meters, with a separate bathroom.
