Technical content

The walls of the building, which features a monolithic concrete structure reinforced with steel columns, were constructed using Porotherm Klíma 30 bricks, with reinforced concrete used in some areas. The interior partition walls and interior wall structures within the apartments were built using Ytong/Porotherm blocks, supplemented in some areas with gypsum board linings.

The walls of the house were insulated with 10 cm thick rock wool, while the floors of the apartments were fitted with 8 cm of impact-resistant insulation, ensuring excellent sound and thermal insulation. The exterior doors and windows are made of aluminum in a pale gold finish, with provisions for electrically operated shutters.

The apartment entrance doors are thermally insulated, steel-framed, with a powder-coated steel panel and a 6-point security lock. The interior doors feature HPL or CPL surfaces that can be retrofitted, with metal handles, and in some cases are designed to slide into the wall for better use of space.

The balconies and terraces are constructed with double-pane safety glass panels mounted on a galvanized steel support structure.

A Daikin heat pump system provides cooling and heating for the building. In the living areas, a ceiling-mounted cooling and heating system ensures comfort, while the bathrooms feature underfloor heating and thermostatic radiators.
